【Game Introduction】

Covid Carl is a Metroidvania/Contra-style 2d horizontal scroll shooting game. It will include a short story, 10 levels and a fight with the boss.
the story follows players trying to stop a super soldier from participating in a government project to vaccinate everyone. In a typical way, the government project went wrong and he began to mutate people. That's where you come in and shoot or burn down almost all the places you move. Shoot things, burn things, blow things up, have fun. In short, this is the game. Not too much sugar coating. There is no planned DLC. Errors will be updated as needed, and one or two features may be added.
Covid Carl was born during the Covid-19 pandemic to cope with frustration with certain social factors. It's quite ironic (isn't it? Hope is more interesting than depression about how bad it is about self-awareness. But to be honest. I can't make AAA stuff. You can run, jump, shoot, lie prone and die. In my experience, most of them are dead, but I may be too old to react well. Flamethrowers may or may not be involved. Who knows? I fully hope that the final product will be a well-functioning dustbin fire. Obviously, I am not a salesman because I am honest and may have underestimated the beast I have worked for in the past few years. However, if it provides a little entertainment for anyone who pays little for it, then I would think the effort is successful. This will not be a work of art, but it is my masterpiece.
